And the women in the big hats nodded

Plenty of fatcats and their wives come out for the breaking ground and then the opening of the Pan-Pacific fair! One guy even gets a picture (gee, such a depressing picture to give at such a gay ceremony!) and plenty, and I mean, plenty of speeches are given! Problem is of course, that this is all silent, and theres not that many title cards to tell us whats going on. Like the cannons though. No idea what theyre doing there.
